Cairns Road Runners' Cane Toads and Crocodiles trail run on 1 November 2026 is at the Lower Freshwater Cane Farm in Freshwater, Queensland.
The course is cross country running on a scenic loop route on a cane farm adjacent to Freshwater Creek at Lower Freshwater. The course can sometimes be quite slushy so bring your trail running shoes.
Distances include 6km or 9km.

The race starts adjacent the Freshwater Pony Club buildings, across the tracks from Freshwater Train Station.
