The Geelong Running Festival on 20 September 2026 includes the first ever Geelong Marathon, complimented by a Half Marathon and community 6.5km.

Run or walk around the streets of Geelong traffic free, pass through iconic Kardinia Park, and enjoy picturesque views of Corio Bay and the Eastern Beach foreshore.

The Marathon and Half Marathon courses are certified by AIMS and measured to World Athletics Standards.

The weekend's events includes Kids' races - 800m(under 5s) and 1 mile (5 - 12 yrs) plus an all-abilities mile on Saturday.
