The Northern Beaches Juniors Triathlon Club's Try a Tri on 24 May 2026 is based at Manly Dam.

Young triathletes will take on a stunning course surrounded by one of Sydney’s most beautiful outdoor settings. Expect energy, excitement, and plenty of smiles as kids discover the joy of teamwork, determination, and the thrill of crossing the finish line.

These races are AUS Tri sanctioned and Northern Beaches Juniors Triathlon Club (Ocean Dragons) is the only juniors-only triathlon club in NSW.

Distances/Events

Junior Triathlons (Swim + Bike + Run)
Short (5-8 yrs): 100m + 3.5K + 1K
Long (9-15 yrs): 200m + 7K + 2K
