This event includes the popular Enduro triathlon race format (swim/bike/run/swim/bike/run), as well as options for 2 person Enduro relay, 2 or 3 person Enduro teams, enticer and junior distance tri and duathlon options, plus sub junior and mini/micro races.

All registrations must be completed via the online registration portal, which closes 2 days prior to race day.

Triathlon (Swim + Bike + Run):
Mini/Micro (under 10 yrs): 50m + 1K + 100m
Sub-Junior (7-10 yrs): 100m + 2K + 500m
Junior (10-15 yrs): 100m + 5K + 1K
Enticer (12 yrs +): 250m + 10K + 2.5K

Enduro (14 yrs +): 250m Swim + 10K Bike + 2.5K Run + 250m Swim + 10K Bike + 2.5K Run

Duathlon (Run + Bike + Run):
Mini/micro (U7): 100m + 1K + 100m
Kids (7-10 yrs): 500m + 2K + 500m
Junior (10-15 yrs): 1K + 5K + 1K
Enticer (12 yrs +): 2K + 10K + 2K

The event is based at Sydney International Regatta Centre. Entry is via gate ‘A’.
