Pat Farmer's Quicksand Run is a soft sand race on the beautiful Terrigal Beach, Central Coast in NSW on 31 August 2025.

Choose from a 10km or 5km run, a 10km x 5-person relay or a 2km Family Fun Run.

The event is being organised by the Rotary Club of Gosford North, with Pat Farmer as their Patron. It is raising funds for SOKS (Save our Kids from Suicide) and Terrigal Surf Club.
