The Rhodes 5K Relay competition on 15 December 2024 is based in Concord West, Sydney, NSW.

Entry to the event is free. The course is same as Rhodes park run with the start and finish line at the end of Victoria Ave, Concord West.

Teams must consist of 3 runners. The combined best 5km pace/km of all team members should be greater than 13 minutes, with an allowable variation upward of ±15 seconds (i.e., 12 minutes 45 seconds) and less than 17 minutes.
