Suck it Up Buttercup is an 6-8km muddy obstacle course run in Tamworth, NSW on Saturday, 16 September 2023.

If you're after fresh air, mud pits, crawling and climbing and 30+ challenging obstacles.... get ready to "Suck It Up Buttercup'. Compete solo, create a team or run with the kids in the family wave.

This event has a Superhero theme so expect extra challenges (all optional) along the way.
