Swimrun Australia: Sydney North
Saturday, 10 October 2026
Clontarf to Manly, Sydney, NSW
Swimrun Australia's Sydney North event returns on 10 October 2026 with a scenic harbour course right in the heart of Sydney’s North Harbour.
This fast-growing adventure format blends multiple trail runs and open water swims into one continuous course; no transitions, no gear changes. Entrants run in their swim gear and swim in their shoes, carrying everything from start to finish. Around 80% of the course is running, with swims offering a cool-down and reset.
Set on the iconic Northern Beaches, this course takes you from secluded bush trails to soft sand runs and crystal-clear swims. You’ll move between national park tracks, ocean rock platforms, coastal inlets, and lush headlands, all with serious views and high-five energy.
With 2 distances on offer, there is a challenge for every competitor. Compete as a solo entrant or in teams of two. Teams must complete the entire course together and help each other through diverse terrain to beat the course and reach the finish line.
