The Great North Walk Trail Running Festival returns to NSW's Central Coast on 21 September 2025 with 50km, 30km and 10km distances.

The courses all start and finish at the event hub in Patonga and include parts of the GNW along with other trails in scenic Brisbane Water National Park.

The Great North Walk is a 250km walking track that runs between Sydney and Newcastle in New South Wales, Australia. It was opened in the Australian Bicentennial year of 1988 and passes through some of Australia's most outstanding scenery.

This event is organised by the Terrigal Trotters.
