The Rock Triathlon is based at The Rock Recreation Ground in New South Wales on Sunday, 22 February 2026.

The triathlon events are made up of a run, followed by a cycle, then a pool swim and finished off with another run.

Enter as an individual or in a team of 3 where each member completes one of the three legs of the race.

Distances/Events

Triathlon (run + bike + swim + run) solo/relay:
Junior (U16): 500m + 10K + 150m + 2K
Enticer: 500m + 10K + 150m + 2K
Sprint: 2K + 20K + 300m + 4K

Duathlon (run + bike + run):
Sub Junior: 500m + 2K + 300m

Walk:
5K
