The Stampede at Wandin, 1 hour east of Melbourne

The Stampede Melbourne

The Stampede at Wandin, 1 hour east of Melbourne, features a gruelling 5km or 10km obstacle course. You'll crawl through thick mud, climb up cargo nets, slide down the giant slip and slide, run through live wires charged with 10,000 volts and wash it all down with a beer on one crazy day.

You can choose to take on either a 5km or 10km run. If you're up for more of a challenge, the 10km run will be a seperate course and will include even more obstacles and mud. The 10km run will start and finish at the same times and at the same location as the 5km run - don't worry, you won't be running the 5km course twice.

Waves of runners depart every 20 minutes throughout the day. There is also a kids 1km to 2km event on the Saturday.
