The TreX Sunshine Coast MultiSport event is based in Landsborough on Queensland's Sunshine Coast.

The event is based on the banks of Ewen Maddock Dam and takes in the rainforest trails and bushland of Beerwah State Forest - an ideal setting for a Cross Triathlon, Cross Duathlon and AquaBike.

The swim legs are in the enclosed waters of the dam; the bike course is on flowing single track trails within Ferny Forest; and the run includes uneven, rocky trails, a creek crossing, some open trails and wet and muddy sections.

Kids (7-11 yrs): 50m + 1.5K + 500m
Teaser (12 yrs +): 150m + 4K + 1K
Sprint: 400m + 9.5K + 3.5K
Standard: 1500m + 28.5K + 10.5K

X Duathlon (MTB + Trail Run):
Sprint: 9.5K + 3.5K
Standard: 28.5K + 10.5K

AquaBike (Swim + MTB):
Sprint: 400m + 9.5K
Standard: 1500m + 28.5K
