The Black Snake Trail Race on Sunday, 27 April 2014 is a trail run starting from Copperlode Dam in the Barron Gorge National Park near Cairns, Queensland.

Not for the faint hearted. Many tough runners have lost their dignity on the final mountain ascent by keeping Kleenex in business. If you are up for a trail challenge then this is for you, however you are highly recommend to check out the course maps before registering for your distance. There is a cut off time and staggered starts will be managed by the race coordinator.
