Canberra, ACT

Run/Walk Road/Path/Park Off Road/Trail Short Medium Long Superlong 5K 10K Half Marathon Marathon

The current edition of this event is on 5 to 8 April 2018.

The Canberra Walking Festival is a non-competitive event open to everyone from Thursday, 30 March to Monday, 3 April 2017.

Please note that the marathon walk in 2017 is 44km, not the usual 42.2km due to alignment changes in the Centenary Trail.

The walks take you along Canberra's extensive footpath and recreation path network. Routes pass national buildings and Lake Burley Griffin and go through a number of Canberra's Nature Parks and are different both days.

Everyone who completes any route on both Saturday and Sunday will receive the Canberra Two Day Walk Medal or Pin. Medals are also awarded to marathon walk finishers.
