The Lake Macquarie Fernleigh 15 is a 15km fun run on the Fernleigh Track on Sunday, 19 October 2014 as part of the Greater Bank Fun Run Series in NSW.

The Fernleigh track is a discussed railway line that has been upgraded to a state of the art running/walking and cycling track. It is fully sealed and takes runners from the heart of Adamstown, a suburb of Newcastle, through ever changing scenery to Belmont which sits between Lake Macquarie and the ocean.

This is the only chance to run on the iconic Fernleigh track which will be closed to all other traffic. The course is a certified 15K by Athletics NSW.
