The Athlete's Foot Greenbelt Half Marathon, 10km and 5km is in Athelstone, Adelaide, South Australia.

It is an established favourite among Adelaide runners (first held in 1980 by Distance Runners Club of SA) and the event is outstanding for its natural beauty.

There are course marshals, kilometre markers and course signs, with traffic control at road crossings; fruit, protein drink and muesli bar at the finish; regular drink stations; toilets, showers and change facilities; trophies for the first three male and female runners and trophies for the first three walkers (unisex) in each event; and random draw prizes.

The half marathon starts at Athelstone Primary School. The start/finish for the 5K & 10K and finish for the half marathon are TBD. There has been a course change for 2017 due to damage to the Linear Trail and closures on the Hackney Road underpass.
