How Far Can You Run in One Hour is a challenge hosted by Highly Tuned Athletes in Hampton, Victoria; the course follows the Bay Trial from Hampton and has a maximum length of 18km.

The course has a unique challenge for competitors in which they have to abide by a set time and a variable distance. Runners must turn around at a turn point (which is half way) and make it back to the finish line within the specified time, one hour.

Depending on how far you can run in one hour, the run course will take you through the scenic Bayside suburbs of Hampton, Sandringham, Black Rock and Beaumaris.

The event base and start/finish is at Ferdinando Gardens at the Beach Road Foreshore (corner of Beach Rd and Small Street) in Hampton, Victoria.
