The inaugural Launceston Marathon is on Sunday, 24 September 2017 with full, half and quarter marathon distances.

The race circuit is centred around the North Esk precinct, taking in the trails of Heritage Forest and the river foreshore. A flat, flowing course away from traffic, it's safe and accessible for those attempting their first "quarter" - yet ready to test keen runners after that 42.2km PB!

First, second and third male and female finishers across all events will be presented with trophies. Finisher medals will be given to all competitors at the completion of their event.
