The Margaret River Running Festival on Sunday, 9 October 2016 is the annual fundraising event of the Rotary Club of Margaret River to support the Royal Flying Doctor Service.

This event is not happening in 2017.

The event is also sponsored by the Shire of Augusta-Margaret River.

The event takes participants from the beautiful town of Margaret River, past vineyards and through bush to finish at the spectacular Surfers Point, showcasing its recent upgrade. It will be fun for the entire family no matter if you run, jog or just walk the course. The run will be followed by a FREE community festival.


4km Road
10km Road
15km Trail

Location map

The 10km run starts from the Sports Oval at Gloucester Park; the 4km walk/run starts from Wallcliffe Bushfire Station at 19 Wallcliffe Road. The 15km trail run starts at Riflebutts Reserve, Prevelly. All events finish at Riflebutts Reserve, Prevelly.
