A Million Steps for SMA in Victoria

Sunday, 23 March 2014

Jells Park, Melbourne, VIC

Run/Walk Road/Path/Park

A Million Steps for SMA are runs and walks in Victoria to raise awareness and funds for Spinal Muscular Atrophy (SMA), the number one genetic killer of infants under the age of two.

The Spinal Muscular Atrophy Association of Australia Inc., is a self-funded charity supporting families and individuals affected by Spinal Muscular Atrophy. They provide extensive family support and assistive technology to members that hospitals fail to provide. As there is no treatment much less a cure, funding also contributes to Australian research.
