Miss Muddy at the Henty Machinery Field Days site in NSW on Saturday, 10 November 2018 is a women only mud run.
The company managing Miss Muddy has gone into liquidation and all future Miss Muddy events have been cancelled. The Miss Muddy website and Facebook pages have been taken offline.
Miss Muddy is an awesome 5k female fun run with colour, foam, inflatables, music, obstacles and plenty of mud. Designed to suit all fitness levels for participants aged 13+, Miss Muddy is untimed and non competitive with a focus on fun and inclusion rather than tough and intimidating.
Miss Muddy obstacles are designed to be fun first, and a challenge second (NO Electric Shocks OR Burpees!!). Challenging obstacles get an easy and hard option (easy left ... hard right) and if you don't feel comfortable doing it at all, feel free to skip past it with no penalty!
