The Mornington Running Festival in Victoria on Sunday, 7 September 2014 has the choice of running or walking 5km, 10km or 21km half marathon events, along with the popular 1km Kids Fun Run within Mornington Park.

The course is held on the picturesque Mornington Peninsula, along the esplanade from mornington heading towards Mount Martha. The Esplanade is a half of the road closure being the beachside to all traffic, whilst maintaining traffic flow on the other side of road at speed of 40km per hour. No dogs, bikes, scooters or rollerblades are allowed on course for safety reasons.

All events start and finish at the top of Main St next to Mornington Park. The kids 1km event is held entirely within Mornington Park.
