The Outback to the Stack Running Festival on Sunday, 23 July 2017 goes from Lake Moondarra to Mount Isa in north-west Queensland.

Running from Lake Moondarra into town, you can see the Mine Stack from a fair way out hence the name.

The half marathon can be run or walked solo or in teams of 2 to 4; teams are responsible for their own team interchanges and distances run for each team member. There will be category & lucky entrant prizes.

This event starts from Lake Moondarra and finishes at Tony White Oval in Mount Isa. Busses are available to take you from Tony White Oval to the start.
