Oxfam Trailwalker from Brooklyn to Balgowlah in Sydney, NSW
Oxfam Trailwalker in Sydney is a 50km and 100km team walk event to raise money for Oxfam. 600 teams will walk from the Hawkesbury to the Harbour.
There is an entry fee to enter a team into the Oxfam Trailwalker and you must also fundraise a minimum amount in addition to the entry fee. There must be 4 members in a team.
The Sydney trail features the well-known Great North Walk and the Harbour to Hawkesbury Walking Track. Throughout the 100km, teams will tackle interesting and challenging terrain, featuring single track sections, hills and rocky trails. The Sydney trail is known for its beautiful scenery, which participants will enjoy as they pass along cliff tops, waterways and beaches.
The full 100km trail begins in the riverside township of Brooklyn on the Hawkesbury River and finishes at Tania Park in Balgowlah Heights. The 50km distance starts half way along, at Bobbin Head.
