Warm up for Sunday's Rocky River Run in Rockhampton, Queensland by fleeing from Zombies! Participants can choose to race as a human or zombie, each with a different challenge at the 5km Zombie Race.

If you are a human, you must flee from the Zombies. If you are a Zombie, your challenge is to catch the humans. Humans are provided with a belt of three flags. The zombies must remove these flags. The challenge for humans is to complete the race without losing all their flags, if not they are infected!

The race will finish at the CQ Leagues Club where an after-event will take place and participants can sink their teeth into a brain burger, which is included in the entry fee.
