Cancelled Multisport Relay

The Royal Challenge on Saturday, 4 May 2019 is an annual community adventure race at Royal National Park in Audley, NSW.

This event has been cancelled due to low participation numbers, but may return again at some stage in the future.

The goals of the Royal Challenge are to: raise funds for equipment to assist sick children, Startlight, Love Mercy, and Heart Beat of Football; promote a healthy lifestyle; and to promote the natural beauty of The Sutherland Shire.

2 person teams consist of 1 paddler and 1 runner. 4 person teams consist of 2 paddlers and 2 runners; each runner runs half of the run course.


10.5km paddle
+ 21km run
+ 10.5km paddle

Community Paddle:
5km paddle/SUP/mal

Paddle + Plod:
5km paddle
+ 5km run
