Run Brave is an initiative created to inspire those living with mental illness to use running as a means to live a stronger life.
The initiative includes a run on Saturday, 5 November 2016 that's linked to Run For Your Lifeline in Canberra, and a virtual 5K that can be done anywhere.
A percentage of registration fees will be donated to a cause, which this time in Lifeline. There will be medals posted to run finishers. After finalising your registration for the "Virtual Run" option, you will receive your personal copy of the "Zero to 5K" Run Program in the post. This program has been specifically designed for you by Accredited Run Coach, Louelle Blanchard from Evolution Runners.
