Runnovation's Mind & Body Virtual Challenge is fundraising for the Guillain Barre Syndrome Foundation of Australia in October 2019.
The focus of the Mind & Body Virtual Challenge is on being active every day and doing at least 31 minutes of meditation throughout the month. That equates to a minimum of 1 minute of meditation daily. It does not matter what physical activity you do or how much you do (although a daily minimum of 30 minutes is ideal) we would just love for you to stay active.
There will also be a list of 31 activities that promote positive physical or mental health. You are challenged to additionally try to engage with some of the activities on this list to really enhance your challenge experience throughout October.
$5 from every virtual challenge entry will be donated to the Foundation.
