The Sapphire City River Run in Inverell, NSW is organised by the Rotary Club of Inverell East. It has 9km, 4.6km and 2.5km fun run and walk events at Campbell Park.

The courses follow pathways along the Macintyre River with gradual climbs through park lands.The 9.2km course runs from Campbell Park to Lake Inverell and return. The 4.6km run/walk course runs from Campbell Park to Northey Park Lookout and return. The 2.5km course follows the pathway to the scout hall and back and is relatively level.
