The Tough Bloke Challenge in Appin, NSW on Saturday, 25 June 2016 is open to men and women who wish to confront a hellish assault course in a test of strength and endurance.

Reputed to be one of the most gruelling adventure runs found anywhere in Australia, you will brave 20+ hair-raising obstacles over a cross-country course laden with thick mud-pits and ice-cold water crossings.

Designed for the weekend warrior this is running at its toughest. Take it seriously, or not (some opt to walk the entire course), the event promises to be a fun day out for all.
