The YOHKA Obstacle Race (OCR) weekend in Kiama from 28 to 29 March 2026 is where where fitness, adventure, and entertainment collide.

Based at the Kiama Showgrounds, athletes of all levels can experience these OCR fitness events, along with a festival atmosphere with live MCs, music, food, and spectator zones.

Athletes and families can take on the OCR Long Course (10km), OCR Short Course (3-5km) or OCR Team Relay, plus options for the kids.

The courses tackle coastal trails, natural terrain, and purpose-built obstacles that test your speed, strength, and endurance.
