Hey Riders, Runners: Do you Wave?

If you really want to reap the maximum health and calorie-torching benefits from running, opt for high-intensity interval training (HIIT). Combining HIIT with hill repeats is a great way to boost your fitness, and increase strength. Read more at active.com.

It's Not That Hard DVD Documentary
Go in the draw to win a copy of "It's Not That Hard", a fast-paced, informative and entertaining documentary that explains the rapidly-growing sport of trail ultramarathons and how to approach such a challenge. It centres around three people of different training backgrounds, levels, age and body types as they attempt train for and compete in a 100km trail race for the first time.
