Roger Bannister turns clock back 60 years and still feels the thrill

Personally, I'm all for giving and receiving encouragement, and sometimes even just a smile as people pass in the other direction is all that is needed. Home made chocolate hazelnut spread
This week's recipe is for a dairy free homemade chocolate hazel nut spread, the home made version of Nutella. I'm not really much of a fan of Nutella myself, but this recipe looks good. Check it out here at The Spunky Coconut.
Blisterproof competition starting on Monday

I include in this newsletter a list of the more important updates such as date changes, cancellations or late additions to the calendar. Late additions are events which will take place in the next two to three weeks and have only just been added to the website.
- The Pyrenees Wine Run in Avoca, Victoria has been rescheduled from May 25th to October 5th
- Run with the Wind is on October 26th not November 23rd as originally listed
- The Tan Ultra has been confirmed as August 31st (not August 10th as originally listed)
