Weekly Newsletter May 28th 2014

This week's newsletter on May 28th 2014 has interesting articles, our current competitions, and some event updates and corrections.

36% of visits to the website are on a mobile device. At the present time, the website really doesn't work well on smaller devices and I am currently working on making it "responsive", which means it works well on all devices and screen sizes. I am hoping to have this finished and rolled out in the next few days, so hopefully this will happen before next week's newsletter.

Recent updates
To find out what's been recently updated, check the website homepage regularly. I include in this newsletter a list of the more important updates such as date changes, cancellations or late additions to the calendar. Late additions are events which will take place in the next two to three weeks and have only just been added to the website.

Late additions
- True Grit this weekend near Perth; there are also events coming up near Brisbane and Sydney

Date changes/corrections
- Corrected the date of the Balmain Fun Run to December 7th (was previously incorrectly listed as November 30th)
- Removed the 21/22 Mar 2015 dates from the Tough Mudder Melbourne event listing, as these are no longer showing on the event website

Other updates
- The distances for the Lake Mountain Skyrun on October 26th are now listed as 42K, 24K & 10K

Select from the various options below and click the "Search Calendar" button under the form to show events of the most interest to you. Clear form

All options are inclusive except for the kids, women only and wheelchair options. For example, choosing "On Road", "Off Road", "Short", "NSW" and "ACT" will find on and and off road short distance races in NSW and ACT. Adding "Kids" would limit those results to only events which also have a kids event.
