WildEndurance to assist with preserving koalas in the Blue Mountains
The 2015 WildEndurance team walking challenge will partner with Science for Wildlife to raise funds to track and save koalas from extinction in the Blue Mountains World Heritage Area. WildEndurance will be held over the weekend of 2nd - 3rd May 2015 and registrations are now open online. Read more.

Shona Stephenson's Blackall 100 Race Report
Shona writes: "The Blackall 100 was always going to be a race to test how smart a racer you are. How adaptable you can be in your lead up training sessions. The conditions were never going to be favourable. This is November in Queensland with temperatures regularly reaching plus 35 degrees. In some sections of the course the chance of the temperatures reaching higher is possible." Read more.

I include in this newsletter a list of the more important updates such as date changes, cancellations or late additions to the calendar. Late additions are events which will take place in the next two to three weeks and have only just been added to the website.
- Tough Mudder in Melbourne has cancelled the March 21st/22nd event at Phillip Island Grand Prix Circuit and re-scheduled it for October 17th/18th at the State Motorcycle Sports Complex in Bradford.
- Maroondah Dam Trail Runs has changed from March 22nd to March 15th
