Weekly Newsletter April 29th 2015
This week's newsletter has interesting articles, two postponements, one cancellation and three late additions to the running calendar.
Do Magnesium Supplements Prevent Cramping?
Andrew Hall looks at magnesium supplements and if they can help with cramping in this article at Runner's World. He answers the questions "I often get muscle cramps when running, should I be taking a magnesium supplement?" and "what does cause cramps and what can I do to avoid them?"
8 things runners need to know about the new Apple Watch
Fans of Apple first saw the new Apple Watch when it was revealed last September, so when this new piece of gear was announced to be released, runners were eager to hear about the nitty gritty details. Brian Dalek looks at what it tracks, can you replace your existing GPS, what fitness apps does it work with and some other questions in this article at Runner's World.
Paula Radcliffe's final marathon
Paula Radcliffe ran her final marathon at the London Marathon over the weekend. Runner's World profiled the run and her career before the run here, and The Guardian's Running Blog wrote up about her final marathon run here.

The first was at iRunFar as part of a series about performance flexibility, and the second at the Guardian's Running Blog which asks why should runners do yoga, what stretches they should avoid, and if there are any specific types that are more enjoyable.
