Can using multiple running shoes decrease injury risk?
An interesting article referenced over at Jame Kueglar's Coaching website, looks at a study done on whether or not alternating wearing different running shoes can help to decrease injury. The study found that those who used multiple pairs of shoes were shown to have a 39% lower risk of running related injury than those using only one pair. Find out more.
Skyrunning or UTWT? Who Really Cares?
An interesting piece over at Ultra168 looks at the emergence of the Oceania Skyrunning Series and Ultra Trail World Tour. "Runners in Australia and New Zealand have a huge amount of choice and variety of races to run. It's certainly a buyers' market so to speak. But ultimately, do we really care about the 'brand' or 'association' with each of the main bodies?" Read the article here.
