And make sure you read the article's comments too. And for what it's worth, I don't think I'd personally dare to cheer someone on by telling them to run faster :)

Remembrance Day Red Run - November 8th 2015
A Red Run, marking remembrance day is to be held from 0730 on 8 November 2015 at Ballymore Oval, Brisbane. This is the debut year for this event that aims to remember those service men and women who have fought and died for Australia in all wars and armed conflicts. Find out more.

Getting up in the morning to exercise can be one of the hardest things to do, so this article at Women's Running offers some suggestions, including: minimize distractions at night so you go to sleep earlier/better; drink water asap; pretend the snooze button doesn't exist; and stick to it.

Late additions are events which will take place in the next two to three weeks and have only just been added to the website.
