Skins or Nothing with Andrew Papadopoulos
Endurance athlete and star of search4hurt S2 Andrew Pap stars in an inspiring new video. Andrew is currently training for the 72km uphill trail Buffalo Stampede in April, the True Grit 24 Hour Obstacle Race, and his first full ironman. Watch the video here.

Humans of New York is a project to photograph New Yorkers on the streets and get their story; this one is of a now 91 year old man who didn't start running until he was 51. Read it here.
Sam Weir training for the Badwater Ultra
Gold Coaster Sam Weir has qualified to race the Badwater Ultramarathon – described as the "world's toughest foot race" - a 217km long course, running through California's Death Valley where temperatures can reach up to 60C. Sam said he had been dreaming of the race since he began running about three years ago. Read more here in this article at the Gold Coast Bulletin.
Do you train using a treadmill?
Susan Paul looks how how effective treadmill running is compared to running outside, in this article at Runners World, noting that "treadmill running and road running are not quite the same. Running on the treadmill is easier than running outdoors, for a variety of reasons."
The basics of barefoot running
David Roche explores barefoot running in this article at Trail Runner Magazine, offering tips about how to start, explaining that you can use barefoot technique strategically to get stronger, whatever your shoe preferences (minimalist, maximalist or regular shoes). Sections in the article are: learning to run; preventing injury; and coming back from injury.
