5 tips for over-40 runners

The mystery drop bag challenge
After the Black Canyon 100K, 8 drop bags sat unclaimed for 3 months. So race director Jamil Coury, and another runner, Schuyler Hall invented the drop bag challenge: 4 one mile laps and at the start of each lap they would have to use all items in a bag. If it was edible, it had to be consumed. If a body product, applied. If wearable, worn. Everything else had to be carried. Watch it here at YouTube.
