The creator of the infamous Barkley Marathons Lazarus Lake has also organised the Big Dog’s Backyard Ultra since 2012, on his own property in Tennessee. This is a last person standing type race where runners have to complete a 4.16667 mile loop each hour, starting on the hour. - Dolphin Run in Adelaide has moved from 24 February to 3 March due to a scheduling conflict with another event hosted nearby
- Compass Club Northern Edition has changed from 5 May to 14 April
- Sunshine Coast edition of the Bloody Long Walk has changed from 12 May to 9 June, replacing the Townsville event that has been cancelled
- Manning Park Trail Run has changed from 19 to 5 May
- Salt Lakes City Limits Trail Race has changed from 19 May to 9 June
