The Great Vic Bike Ride is back in 2019 bigger and better than before!
With 10 days and more than 600 kilometres of riding, you will pedal through the beautiful coastal and forest landscapes of South Australia all the way to the world famous Great Ocean Road. Choose from 5 day and 10 day ride options as you ride from Robe to Torquay, stopping at eight classic coastal towns along the way.

7 illiotibial band stretches to alleviate hip and knee pain
The IT band is the thick cord of connective tissue that runs down the outside of your thighs from your hip to your knee, and does an important job of stabilising the hips and knees. If it gets tight and irritated it can lead IT band syndrome (ITBS), a condition when you might feel pain along the outside of your thighs, your hips, or your knees.
