Duathlon (Run + Bike + Run):
Junior short (5 yrs+): 250m + 500m + 250m
Junior medium (7 yrs+): 500m + 3K + 500m

Mini (10 yrs+): 1K + 6K + 1km / Cycle: 6km / Run 2: 1km
Enticer (12 yrs+): 2.5K + 10K + 1.25K
Sprint (14 yrs+): 5K + 20K + 2.5K

Draft legal (open):
Short (12 yrs+): 2.5K + 10K + 1.25K
Long (14 yrs+): 5K + 20K + 2.5K
