The Athletics Victoria XCR Round 8 is a 15K Road Race on 10 August 2025 at Lake Wendouree, Ballarat.

The traditional stomping ground of XCR legend Steve Moneghetti, Lake Wendouree provides the backdrop for this fast-paced event. After the race, stay on and enjoy the best the city and surrounding Goldfields have to offer, including the Eureka Centre, Sovereign Hill, the Gold Museum and the Botanical Gardens.

The Athletics Victoria Cross Country and Road Racing Series (XCR) runs annually from April/May to September at various venues in the metropolitan and regional areas across Victoria.
