The Canberra Times Marathon Festival from 11 to 12 April 2026 is the oldest city marathon in Australia.

This prestigious event offers five different distances across the weekend that each showcase the scenery of Australia's Capital City.

Choose from the AIMS certified Marathon or Half Marathon on Sunday or the 10km, 5.4km and Kids' 2.3km fun run on Saturday.

All races start near the Old Parliament House and allow you to soak in the scenic views of Lake Burley Griffin and the Parliamentary Triangle.

The event is part of a 3 day expo from 10 - 12 April 2026.
