The Riviera Triathlon Club's Bairnsdale Mini Triathlon on 12 March 2025 is part of a series that runs from October until March at the Bairnsdale Aquatic and Recreation Centre.

Mini Triathlons are not a race as such but there is a competitive challenge attached which is all about personal development and improvement. You race your own best time. Your first race establishes a Personal Best (PB). Points are awarded after each race based on your performance against this time.

It's a great way for both kids and adults to get started in triathlon in a fun friendly environment and develop skill and fitness over the series.

Kids:
Micro (5 yrs +): 25m + 1K + 100m
Mid (7 yrs +): 75m + 3K + 500m
Long (10 yrs + ):150m + 5K + 1K

Adults (12 yrs +):
200m + 9K + 2K
