The Balmoral Triathlon Club's Women's Triathlon is on 7 December 2025 on a scenic course at Middle Head in Mosman, NSW.

The 200m swim takes place in the sheltered waters of Obelisk Beach, before the 9km cycle takes in three laps of Chowder Bay Road which is closed to traffic for the race, and finally the 2km run takes place on Middle Head Oval.

Individuals or relay teams can take part in any configuration. One person can do all three legs solo, a team of two with one person doing two legs and one person doing one leg or a team of three with each person doing one leg.

The race is open to all female participants aged 15 years or over and the event is all about a fun, supportive environment: Finish Lines not Finish Times.
