The Canberra Runners The Runners Shop road race at Barton on 19 July 2025 is part of their annual Winter Series and includes a 2km, 5km and 10km distance.

The Winter Series events are held on Saturdays from late April until mid-September and include 2km, 3-5km, and 6-10km races on bike paths, cross country and dirt roads. The series includes 3 longer races at West Basin (16km), Stromlo Forest Park (16km) and a 21.1km off-road half marathon at Goorooyarroo Nature Reserve.

The club welcomes non-members to all club races for a fee. Please refer to the event website for further details including start times, entry fees and course information.
