The Dubbo Stampede Running Festival on 7 September 2025 is one of NSW's most unique running festivals, with something for everyone.

Distances include the 42.2km Rhino Ramble Marathon, 21.1km Zebra Zoom Half Marathon, 10km Cheetah Chase or 5km Dingo Dash fun run/walk, and the 1km wheelchair accessible Wallaby Wheel.

2025 sees the introduction of the Meerkat Mile for Kids (5 - 12 years), on an out and back from the start line.

The event is based at Ollie Robins Oval by the beautiful Macquarie River. The 21.1km and 42.2km include the Taronga Western Plains Zoo in the course, while the 10km and 5km will run around the river tracks.
