The EXSS Sprint Duathlon at Champion Lakes on 18 October 2026 includes 3 different distances, ideal for everyone looking to join the Multisport family.

The Sprint distance event doubles as the WA State Championships.​

Duathlon (Run + Bike + Run):
Novice/Kids (10 yrs +): 1K + 6K + 1K
Bolt (12 yrs +): 2.5K + 12K + 1.25K
Sprint/State Champs (15yrs +): 5K + 20K + 2.5K - solo/team
